Linea joined KalVista as Chief People Officer in October 2025, bringing more than 25 years of leadership experience in human resources (HR) and culture transformation across the biopharmaceutical, healthcare, and technology industries. She most recently served as Chief Administration Officer at Editas Medicine, where she was also previously Chief People Officer, leading a comprehensive culture transformation and organizational design initiatives in support of the company’s strategic objectives. Prior to that, Linea was Chief Human Resources Officer at Forma Therapeutics, where she oversaw the people aspects of the company’s $1 billion acquisition by Novo Nordisk in 2022, and at Saniona, where she established the company’s first global HR function to support operations in the U.S. and Denmark. Earlier in her career, she held senior HR leadership roles at Sobi, Sanofi and Genzyme, where she supported industrial operations, R&D, and commercial expansion across North America. She began her career in HR roles at UMass Memorial Medical Center, Brigham and Women’s Hospital, and Benchmarking Partners, Inc. Linea holds a B.A. in Education from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst.
